Steup by Step Guide to order from Urbanload.com Dropshipping and Wholesale Service

If you Subscribe as a Reseller, you get access to "Free Shipping" as well as Lowered Reseller Prices and a "Bulk Order" form where you can order anything from 1 to 1000 items at a go to multiple locations.

However, the product creation process listed below is the same for all account holders. So take some time to review the information below. The only difference is if you've a reseller account, the ordering process will be different as you'll be doing bulk orders. (Flash Videos available once you sign up as a reseller)

When you get to our design center, select the product you wish to purchase. We decided to buy a mousepad, clicked on it and this screen appears. Now, to get YOUR photo or artwork from YOUR computer, please click the 'Browse" button.
This will bring you to YOUR computers hard drive. Here you select the photo you wish. In our case, we are going to use our 'Orlando1' artwork (for the fire department). Just click the image you want then click the 'Open' button.
At the red arrow, you will see the image you selected. Click the 'Next Add and Preview' button. This will copy your image from YOUR computer and place it in YOUR store account.
This shows your image being uploaded to your account.
Once the image has been uploaded, it will then appear on the product you specified. Now on ANY image, you can resize it to any size you wish so it will fit on the product. In this case, the image is too big for the mousepad so we want to make it smaller.
Click on the 'Image height' button and a dropdown menu will show. You can select the size you wish so it will be resized what is selected.
We selected an image height of 6.60" Just click the size wanted and it automatically sizes the image.
And here is the image sized to the product. The above process works the same for all products. WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET!

You can then click the review and Order button. Here you can select how many pieces of that product you wish to purchase. We selected 1 piece and then 'Click 'Add To Cart'.
Here you can decide if you want to add different images, add the same image to different products, etc... To keep shopping, click the 'Keep Shopping' button. If you are done with your order, click the 'Check Out' button.
If you already have an account, just login using your e-mail address you registered with plus your password. If this is your first time here, please click the 'Continue' button.
Please fill in the form and when you are done, click the 'Join Now' button. You'll be signed up for the "free account" If you want a reseller account, you'll need to sign up here.
Upon checkout, you will come to the checkout page where you will fill in the Billing and the Shipping address. When done, please click the 'Continue' button.
Here are your order details. Your products purchased with YOUR images on them (check to be sure the images look properly sized), shipping charges, and total cost. Please click the 'Place My Order' button.
If you wish to pay by a credit/debit card OTHER than by Paypal, click 'continue' (#1). If you are paying by Paypal, you can login to your Paypal account and finish your purchase (#2).
Just fill in the required areas and when you are done, make your purchase. ALL transactions are done using via Paypal's secured server, using the latest encrypted SSL technology. We DO NOT have access to any of your financial information. Please allow 8-14 days for your purchase to arrive. Depending on your country, it may take as little as 5 days up to 14 days. Reminder, at any time, you can login to your account to see the status of your order, add more photos, etc.
